Brief Description:	Elevator Work
I haven't constructed a bending brake to bend the elevators yet so I jumped ahead a little and drilled the E-610 and E-611 reinforcement plates and corresponding platenuts to the E-702 spar. I marked the spars left and right and deburred the drilled holes and edges as well as the reinforcement plates. I also primed the reinforcement plates.
