Brief Description:	Finish installing rudder bottom fairing
Having retrieved the narrow yoke for the pneumatic squeezer, I finished the rest of the nutplates in the same fashion as before. Once completed, I attached the fairing temporarily to the rudder using clecos, because I will have to have access to finish the wiring.
