Brief Description:	Install counterbalance weight
Pretty straightforward stuff. I installed the counterbalance pretty much like the instructions said. After I creased the skins, I clamped the crease in wood and used a flat rivet set, with the air turned low, to finish the bend. I had some 'pillowing' so I added the center rivet and then, still not happy, added a couple more afterwards. Rivet count: 0 (15 redo, 490 total redone) Total: 15901 - Plus 549 done at Van's
