Brief Description:	Elevator counter-weight and trim tabs
Trimmed the counterweight for the left elevator and bolted it into position. Cut the trim tab ribs using a razor saw and finished them with sandpaper. Manual Ref. 9-17.8: Mixed 2.2 oz. of proseal and glued the ribs into the trim tabs. Next I clamped the ribs and clecoed the leading edge/spar and the end tabs and set aside to cure.
