Brief Description:    Cut door opening and copilot door
I continued yesterday's cut by marking around the perimeter of the door for the cut. I am installing the McMaster-Carr seal, so I will cut all of the flange away, flatten the remaining, and eventually build up the inside for a consistent thickness. Today, I made the straight cuts with a die grinder and cutting wheel. You can see in the first image where I left the corners. Those were then taken down with a rotary file to get the finished edge as in the second image. (The shadow makes it look like I took too much off the forward edge but it's really 3/4", honest!). The long upper corners took the most work with the rotary file but, as image three shows, it came out well. I then marked and trimmed the right outer door panel, like I did the left one, and marked for the window cleco locations. Tomorrow while the left door is curing, I will locate and drill the right door together.
