Brief Description:	Drill left step, install second A/C hose
At last the semester is over and the building can resume. I had needed to get some parts sent to me, which was holding some items up when I left off. One item was the fitting clamps for the smaller A/C hose, which the OEM sent to me. With those in hand, I fabricated the firewall connection and routed the hose to the tail cone. Next I turned my attention to the left step. Phil Cobbin had machined some plugs for the step tubes and a drill guide. I installed the plug for the left tube, using a drill extension to set the depth, and then jigged the step in position using a level and a lot of clamps.With the step located and the jig in position, I used a long 3/16" bit to drill through the mount, tube, and plug. Then, having forgot my camera, I left off for the day (the photos were taken first thing in the next session).
