Brief Description:	Assemble left and right seat bulkhead assemblies
I skipped the formation of the control column mounts until I can get a machinist friend to mill them for me. In the meantime, I moved forward by bolting the parts riveted yesterday to the bulkhead crossmembers and clecoed on the remaining pieces. Then I screwed on the cover plates. With everything locked in position, I match-drilled the #30 holes and then went back and match-drilled the #19 holes for the cover plate screws.
