The first order of business was to ground the panel. I located the ground block on the right web between the firewall and upper channel, drilled the holes, and riveted the block, then screwed the block in place. Next I sorted and identified all the bundles, arranging them left, right, center, and top. I drilled the remaining holes for the static system, installed snap plugs, and assembled the static system, including an alternate static port from Safeair. If it seems that a lot of time was spent for little accomplishment, much of the sorting process included taking notes for parts needed or routing decisions, with a lot of looking up the wiring diagrams to be sure I know what is required.
