Brief Description:	Set up panel for subpanel assembly
I decided that the panel would live at home to protect it from the elements (Ok, I also like to be able to drool over it), so I moved it onto a foamboard pad on the dining room table. That's pretty heavy to lift carefully for one person; I'll get help when I move it to the airport. Anyway, now it's in good position to do the final fitting of the subpanel stuff, so I retrieved the subpanel structure from the hangar.
