Heard back from Van's and they asked how bolts fit with everything installed. Then it hit me. DUH! I was so focused on the hardware that came with the propeller that I overlooked the S-1208 spacers that came in the Van's power plant kit in a separate bag. With Denise's help, installed the S-1202 spinner plate and hub mount half and secured with flange bushings, bolts, Nordlock washers, and nuts. Step torqued bolts in a crisscross pattern to 120-175-235 inch-pounds. (step 6) Attached propeller blades, hub clamp half, spinner bulkhead, S-1208 spacers (this time!), Nordlock washers, and bolts. Prior to torquing, set propeller pitch to #3 on Sensenich pitch tool. Step torqued bolts in a crisscross pattern to 120-175-235 inch pounds. (step 7)
