Step 23 Separated F-1204B-L & -R and F-1204T-L & -R skin attach flanges. Step 24 Applied a slight upward angle on F-1204B-L & -R skin attach flanges. Step 25 Clecoed F-1204B-L & -R skin attach flanges into position and match drilled holes in flanges. Step 26 Removed F-1204B-L & -R skin attach flanges and deburred holes and edges. Also deburred holes and edges of F-1204T-L & -R skin attach flanges.
