Brief Description:	Seat Pan Electrical Bracket Holes
Called Van's and told them that I didn't have any instructions on how to drill the wing electrical bracket holes in the seat pans. I had the wing electrical template and could have figure it out but wanted documentation for the record. Scott send a .pdf file for Section 31A which also included updates to the wing electrical wiring which I needed anyway. Using wing electrical template, drilled #30 into LH and RH seat pans. Removed template, final drilled to #19, and deburred the holes. (page 31A-09, step 1; steps 2 through 7 are NA). Page 31A-09 is complete.
