Brief Description:	Fabricated Misc Flight Control Parts
Finished F-1264 control sticks by tapping 1/4-28 threads at each end. (page 32-04, step 4). Scuffed F-1264 control sticks, F-1265 flaperon pushrods, and flap handle components with Scotch Brite pad, cleaned with Acetone, and primed. Fabricated F-1264 control stick pushrod assemblies. (page 32-05, step 1). Fabricated F-1265 flaperon pushrod assemblies. (page 32-06, step 1). Used construction paper and a bit of math to create a template to mark equally spaced holes around perimeter of flaperon pushrod ends. Assembled fork assembly with F-1265B flap handle fork and F-1260C flap handle spacers and secured with LP4-5 rivets. Installed pin, washer, and cotter pin. Attached fork assembly to F-1260A flap handle tube with rivets. Riveted F-1266C flap detent bracket angles to F-1266A flap detent bracket. Riveted F-1266C flap detent bracket angles to F-1266B flap detent bracket plate. (page 32-07, steps 2, 5, 7, and 11).
