Brief Description:	Drilled Anti-Rotation Plate
Took the opportunity to prep the tank for the fuel return line anti-rotation plate since the tank was open for SB 13-12-19 (fuel tank attach mod). Filed the inner opening of the anti-rotation bracket so that it fit tightly around the nut of the bulkhead fitting. Match drilled the anti-rotation bracket to the main tank skin.
