Deburred control column brackets and mount spacers and countersunk the four holes around the bearing holes and nutplate mount rivet attach holes (each bracket) (page 21-10, steps 1 and 2). Separated bulkhead flanges, stub spar receptacle supports (page 21-10, steps 4 and 5), F-1203E bulkhead doublers (page 21-11, step 1), and F-1203J bulkhead doublers (page 21-12, step 1). Removed blue vinyl from parts ready to deburr. These parts will support building the rest of the lower structure prior to installing fuselage corner and bottom skins.
