Brief Description:	Drilled LH Counterbalance
Received all missing parts (A-1204-L & -R nose ribs) and screwed up parts (A-1201C-L outbd nose skin and AEX tie down) from Van's this week. Clecoed LH outboard nose skin A-1201C-L to counterbalance assembly and spar. Marked counterbalance through pilot holes in leading edge onto counterbalance with Sharpie. Disassembled and punched center of marks on counterbalance with automatic center punch. Drilled #40 holes in counterbalance, then reassembled and final drilled #30 holes. Match drilled and final drilled holes in outboard nose ribs. Disassembled and deburred (page 18-03, steps 5 and 6). Page 18-03 is complete for LH flaperon.
