Brief Description:	Started LH Flaperon
Fluted outboard nose ribs A-1204-L & -R and inboard nose ribs A-1210-L & -R (page 18-02, step 3). Was only able to find one each of the A-1204-L & -R outboard nose ribs. Verified with inventory records that the parts were shipped with the kit. Had to order additional parts because I can't find them. Deburred both A-909 aileron counterbalances, clecoed parts together for LH flaperon, and match drilled holes at each rib. Removed parts, deburred, and riveted outboard nose ribs to counterbalance. Reassembled parts (page 18-03, steps 1 through 4).
