Installed template and cutout hole in left wing tip close-out for Nav/strobe light and cleaned up the edges. Also, drilled #19 hole for ground wire. Did not perform step 4 to remove rivets; left them out when installing wing tip close-out (page 40-02, steps 5 and 6).
