Brief Description:	Started F-1294 Tailcone Fairing Assembly
Installed V-Stab assembly to tail cone. (page 12-04, step 4). Torqued mount bolts to 25 inch-pounds (plus prevailing torque). Added torque stripe. Originally installed and torqued bolts with oil during empennage build. Using Q-Tip and Acetone, cleaned oil out of holes and then torqued bolts. Page 12-04 is complete. Separated F-1294C tabs. Made masking tape templates for tailcone fairing and installed on tailcone. Marked fairing attach hole locations. (page 12-05, steps 1 through 5). Drilled holes in F-1294A & B tailcone fairings. Trimmed excess material from fairings using Dremel cutting wheel and 80 grit sanding drum. Still need to finish to scribe lines by hand sanding (page 12-06, steps 1, part of 2, 3, and part of 4).
