Brief Description:	Trial Fit Aft Bulkhead and Began Tail Cone Build
Trial fit aft bulkhead (F-1211) with stabilator. Used four AN960-416L washers. Determine washers by subtracting width between hinge brackets from width of bearing in F-1211 hinges. Difference was 0.07 inch. Each -416 washer was 0.06 inch so used -416L washers which were 0.025 inch each. Lateral play is less than 0.02 inch. Super glued washers as instructed in step 2. Page 10-05 is complete. Riveted shear clips to J-stiffeners and riveted J-stiffeners to bottom skins (page 10-06, steps 1 through 6). Installed and clecoed left and right bottom skins to F-1208, F-1209, and F-1210 frames (page 10-05, steps 7 through 9). Page 10-06 is complete. Installed and clecoed left and right lower skins to frames and bottom skins and added masking tape over forward end holes (page 10-07, steps 1 and 2).
