Fluted and deburred F-1210C angle. Match drilled holes from aft fuselage frame into angle. Final drilled holes in plate (page 10-02, steps 3, and 7 through 8). Countersunk holes in bulkhead doubler, and separated/deburred attach brackets, shear clips, hinge brackets, and J-stiffeners (page 10-03, steps 2 through 7).
