Riveted hinge doublers and nutplates to forward spar, control horn nutplates to forward and aft spar, and counterbalance brackets to forward and aft spar (page 09-04, steps 5, 6, and 8). Page 09-04 is complete. Clecoed and riveted forward and aft spars to spar box assembly using called out rivets (page 09-05, steps 3 through 5). Page 09-05 is complete. Riveted rib clips to aft spar and installed all forward and aft ribs completing spar box assembly (page 09-06, steps 1 through 5). Page 09-06 is complete. Installed hinge brackets and stops to forward spar. Torqued all AN3 bolts to 25 inch-pounds. Drilled aft hinge halves (page 09-07, steps 1 through 5). Page 09-07 is complete.
