Brief Description:	Attempted V Stab Skin Installation
After numerous attempts of installing the V-Stab skin, the tip rib on the forward edge just would not lineup with holes in skin. A number of scratches on the inner surface of the skin will need to be cleaned up and primed. Email sent to Van's asking for advise.
