Brief Description:	flute & drill rib HS-405
Fluted HS-404 and HS-405 & marked centerline flanges. Drilled and cleco the aft flange of HS-405 to HS-603. Removed HS-405 cleaned out chips. Reinstalled HS-405 by clecoing aft flange, then clamped top and bottomflanges to HS-801PP (skin). Drilled HS-801PP to HS-405 attatch holes with #40 working from outboard to inboard.
