Confusing day... set about testing the alternate air door by adding a flap operated by a wire from the cockpit. Pull the wire, flap covers the air intake, so engine will stop, or the alt air door opens...but the engine carried on as normal! I seald the flap with tape, and it still ran without opening the alt air door! There must be a massive air leak, so I took the filter out, used red gasket sealer to seal the airbox attachment to the air filter box. Need to wait until tomorrow to try again. Calibrated the G5 pitch/roll offset. Will need to run vibration test on the G% tomorrow
