Brief Description:	Debured rear spar
Unclecoed rear spar and took plastic off of HS-603PP. Deburred HS-609PP and HS-603PP. Filed HS-609 again and rebuffed with scotchbrite pads to get a smooth radius. Reclecoed and bolted bearing assembly onto rear spar. Moved on to front spar.
