Brief Description:	Repair of tach problem
Trouble shot the dual tach main rotor RPM problem. Checked voltages and continuity everywhere and reperformed the self-test. Everything seemed right except the transducer wasn't working. Tried lessening the gap down to less than 1/8 inch. Then the transducer worked! Also installed the AN4 bolts in the rotor head for balancing. Also temporarily installed the tip weights. Need to balance rotor now.
