Brief Description:	Horizontal Stabelizer
Deburred the right skin of the horizontal stabelizer. Cleaned up the scratches on the inside skin. Still have blue vinyl on outside. Dimpled the skin on one side. Still have the opposite side to dimple. Cleaned up the ribs with MEK. Smelly stuff.
