Brief Description:	Replace Elevator Hinge
First time I installed the hinge the Elevator was too far to the left. Order a second hinge and the second time around was a charm. Used half of a new hinge that fastened to the Elevator. Thanks to the special drill bushing Tony turned for me drilling the holes concentric to the skin holes was not a problem. Thanks Tony. See photos of bushing and perfect pilot holes. The Empennage is finished for now. Next, the flaps.
