Brief Description:	Pilot Stick Wiring
Played around for a while trying to figure out where the best location for the stick grip wires to exit the stick is. I tried running them straight out the bottom, but they touched the rod-end bearings for the aileron control tubes. So, I decided to drill through the stick near the base in a location that ensured no interference or chaffing. I deburred it and inserted a nylon snap bushing through the hole from the inside. This I fastened to the stick with proseal and painted it to match when the proseal dried. I fastened the stick grip terminal block and routed the wires to the terminal block and fastened them.
