Match drilled elevator control horn to structure. Disassembled elevator and dimpled counterbalance weight attach holes (left and right). Machine countersunk counterbalance weights. Machine countersunk spar at attach point for elevator root rib per plans (left and right). Beveled counterbalance skin on aft and inboard edges per plans (left and right). Deburred all parts and dimpled where appropriate. |
