Brief Description:	Vertical Stab
Completed the assembly of the Vertical Fin, by expoying the ribs to their respective inserts. Also installed the completed fin assembly into the Boom Tube. I did omit the step that requires the addition of Rubber Filllers to each of the ribs, I will wait until it's time to cover
