Brief Description:    Vertical stabiliser prep and initial assy
Time for a pause before I complete the horizontal stabiliser, so I decided to skip ahead to the next sub-assembly; the vetical stabiliser.

After the HS, the VS is pretty straightforward - there's no fabrication required, just matchdrilling, fluting and edge finishing of theribs, assembly of the skeleton and then finally clecoing on and match drilling the skin.

A very satisfying 4 hours or so, rounded off with the absolutely irresistible conceit of arranging the VS on top of the HS for a photo. I'd be amazed if any builder DIDN'T do this.
