The completion of priming was the task of the day. All parts were primed after finally diagnosing why the HVLP spray gun was producing a finer and finer spray without adjustments being made to it. Any guesses? Turns out, the vent hole on the paint holder was getting clogged with dried primer and thus, a vacuum was developing in the holder not allowing the paint to get to the tip. Hard diagnosis, easy fix!
