Brief Description:	Rear Spar Through Holes
Drilled holes in SNX-W12. Made template from aft end of aft wing rib to locate holes. To cut through holes in rear spar I used a laminate trim bit from a router and put it in my drill press set to high speed. I clecoed the attach plate (and later the double plates) with their pre-cut holes and used the precut holes as the guide for the bearing on the trim bit. It worked great! Finshed hole is exact with milled finish. Also located both doubler plates (W13-04)
