Ok, new skill - putting on nut plates. Those things are actually pretty cool. I didn't use a fancy jig or anything, I just put one of my aircraft screws in the hole to make sure it would go through there, and drilled out the ends. Simple enough. Then I used a bolt with the end ground flat to set the tiny countersunk rivets that hold them in place. Two easy whacks with a small hand sledge and you're done.
