I've been working a couple of hours here, a couple of hours there to complete the rear stabilizer. It's been moving slowly, because I've been taking extra time to make sure everything remains straight and true. I've read some horror stories about people ending up with a twist in their stabilizer, and I didn't want that, so I just took my time, and as far as I can tell, ended up with a stab with no real perceptible twist (as accurately as I can measure it). Next I move on the the elevator. I see completion of the tail as a real milestone. I think that if you've finished just the tail, you're still viewed as a bit of a newbie, but if you've gone farther, then your commitment is perceived as real. I'm really enjoying the process of building, and have no plans of stopping.
