More parts! I think this pretty much finishes up the .032 parts for now. I still need to bend a few of the parts and flange holes, etc, but the majority of the work is done on them. I began shearing my longerons out of .040. These are fairly long cuts (1940mm), so I'm being very careful and taking my time. The plans call for a developed length of 42mm. I'm shearing mine to 82mm to leave an extra flange on each side to be trimmed away. This helps the brake get a grip, and also strengthens the flange during bending so they come out nice and straight. It leaves me with a little scrap, but MUCH easier than farming these parts out to be bent, or paying outrageous shipping to buy them from ZAC.
