Brief Description:	Rudder Structure Buildup
Clecoed up R-606PP, R-607PP and R-608PP reinforcment plates to R-802PP Spar. Fabricated R-717 spacer and (2) R-716 rudder bottom attach strips out of .032 material. Trimmed R-710 as per dwg on plans. Matched drilled a couple holes in R-716's using R-704 as a guide, will finish up holes when clecoed to skin. Edge prepped all pieces.Edge prepped and fluted R-703 rib.
