Chatted with Sterling at Van's and shared the pictures of the damaged skin and rib. Discussed if an 1/8" rivet would fill the hole and I don't think it will. I should have just left it alone as the exterior was just fine but I couldn't. Two options, get a new skin and rib and redo or try to reform the rib inplace and use an 1/8" rivet along with JB Weld to fill the hole. It's on the bottom surface and only I (and whomever reads this log) will be aware of this issue. Will report back on my decsion.
