Brief Description:	Back to work on empennage
After a 16 month period of no work on the RV-8 I finally got started again. Spent numerous hours re-reading the manual and getting refamiliar with the project. Opened up the Horizontal stab and checked against plans and my notes that all work up to the point I stopped 12/31/18 had been completed correctly.This also go me reacquainted with all the parts and everything that I had accomplished before I quit working on it.
