Brief Description:	Inspection Panel Nutplates
I did some more work on installing nutplates on my rear fuselage inspection "holes". I'm replacing the normal sheet metal screws with 8-32 machine screws and hopefully will stop the tendency for those sheet metal screws to stripp out. This is a fair amount of extra work, but I feel it will be well worth it in the long run. I have one more cover to do on the stab jackscrew area, and then this will all be done.
