I tried to make the bend for the leading edge using a 1 inch iron pipe, but I found it was a little on the small side. So I opted for the trusty broom handle. A broom handle, some duct tape, and vice grips is all you need to make a nice bend for the rudder's leading edge. Rudder is COMPLETE!
