Brief Description:	Bulhead Gussets and tie down ring retainer.
My fairings for my rudder cable exits arrived as well as the 3/8 nutplates for the tie down rings. The plan is to attach the 3/8 nutplates to the F-869-1 bulkhead gussets and use them to retain the tie down rings in the aft baggage compartment when they are not in use. The 3/8 nutplates come with a 3/8 24 thread and the tie down rings are 3/8 16 thread. I fixed that problem by retapping the nutplate threads with with the 3/8 16 tap. It worked great. The plans tell you to weld two nuts to steel plates and rivet to the gussets. Too much work. This was way easier. After the 3/8 nutplates were riveted in place using 1/8 rivets, the bulkhead gussets were riveted in place.
