Brief Description:	Perpared the Instrument Panel Assembly.
Started today by painting the Elevator/Aileron control assembly and the flap control weldment using the same paint as the interior. Machine countersink the F-803B-R-1 & L-1 Instrument sub panels all holes in common with the F-803C-1 Instrument Panel Attach Flange. Deburred all the edges and holes in the F-03-1 Instrument Panel Assembly. Primed all parts of the Instrument Panel Assembly. Nutplates riveted to the Instrument Sub Panels. Was short 4 nutplates so will be ordering more and finish when they arrive.
