Brief Description:	Preparing the left Elevator.
Used the two holes in the forward face of the left counterbalance (C/B) weight skin E-713, as a drill guide and used a #28 bit to make pilot holes in the C/B weight and then drilled to #12. Removed the lead C/B weight and clecoed the E-703 end rib, E-704 C/B rib, E-713 C/B skin subassembly to the left E-702 elevator spar. Clecoed the E-705 left root rib to E-702. Final drilled to #40 E-705 and E-702. Slid the left elevator understructure into the E-701 left elevator skin and clecoed all together.
