Brief Description:	Preparing the elevator skin and stiffeners.
Today Parker and I match drilled the elevator skin to all the stiffeners. Trimmed the 6 J,K,L, stiffeners to lengh as shown on the plans. Removed the vinyl from the stiffeners, trim reinorcement plate, and the inside of the elevator skins. Cut strips of vinyl from around the rivet holes in the elevator skins with hot soldering irons. Deburred and dimpled the elevator stiffeners. Deburred the elevator skins,
