Brief Description:	Preparing the Right Elevator
Riveted the K1100-06 platenuts to the E-615PP Trim Access Reinforcement Plate. Bent the trailing edge of the Elevator Skins. Cleco the E-703 and E-704 Ribs to the E-713 Counterbalance Skin and cleco this subassembly to the E-702 Elevator Spar. Cleco the E-709 Root Rib to the right Elevator Spar and match drill to #40. Cleco the E-701 right Elevator Skin to the understructure. Cleco and match drill the WD-605-1-R elevator control horn to the spar and root rib. Match drill the E-701 skin to the understructure. Disassembled the elevator, dimpled the E-713 counterbalance skin and countersink the counterbalance weight for the #8 screw head that will attach the C/B weight. Machine countersink the E-709 attach holes on the forward face of the E-702 spar. Beveled the inboard and aft ends of the C/B skin.
