Brief Description:	Finish riveting the rudder skeleton.
Finished riveting the rudder skeleton together. This took me a lot longer than I anticipated. I had to drill out at least three rivets that were not set properly. I had some trouble with the -7 and -8 rivets where the lower rib R-704 attaches to the spar web R-802. This middle row of rivet had to be set with the rivet gun because the limited access around the rib flange. On the first attempt with the -8 rivet on the nutplate I folded the rivet over. The next two rivets were ok.
