Brief Description:	Match drilling rudder skin to understructure.
Clamped the R-716 rudder bottom attach strips to the rudder assembly and match drilled using the rudder skin and the lower rudder rib as a guide. Also match drilled the upper rudder rib assembly to the skin as well as the spar web. Rudder assembly now completed and match drilled.
